Shipping Policy

-We currently ship all online orders through the United States Postal Service. Orders are packaged each week on Tuesdays and shipped out every Wednesday morning.

•If an order is placed after 5 pm on Tuesday, it will be shipped the following week, Wednesday morning. Orders are shipped via Priority or ground mail based on product weight.
•All of our products are small batch made and packaged by hand. We strive for perfection when creating our products and have noted additional care measures on each product listing.

*All orders require up to 14 business days to complete the order processing, preparation, and shipping process*

•Order processing times may be extended due to world events, inclement weather, or order volume increase. After processing is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number.

-Please allow an additional 3-5 days for your tracking number to update. 

Local Delivery

-We offer cost-efficient local delivery to all of our customers within a 20-mile radius.

•Local deliveries are made between 11 am-2 pm every Wednesday for orders placed by 5 pm on Tuesdays.

A member from our customer service team will reach out at least 24 hours before confirming delivery details via text & email. We will only ever call you if we are having trouble finding your delivery address.

We currently offer contactless porch delivery. During our delivery route, you will receive a text of your delivery ETA. Once delivered, we will text again to confirm that the order is received.

•Our policy is to wait up to 15 minutes to confirm that you’ve received your order. We will try our best to reach you during this time and if unable we will take a picture and discreetly leave your package if weather permits.

•Unfortunately, due to order volume, we are unable to customize delivery times. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure address details are accurate & that someone will be able to receive the order upon delivery. No refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges

-Due to the nature of our products, there are no refunds, exchanges, or store credit. We do not accept returns or issue store credit based on buyer's remorse.

•On a case-by-case basis, if management approves a refund or order cancellation a 15% restocking fee will be applied. If there is an order discrepancy please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

 

FAQs

Package lost, stolen, or damaged?

-Once Packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS. Click the link below to start the claim process.

To avoid the inconvenience of lost or stolen packages, we suggest having packages shipped to your work address, if possible.​

Do you use any preservatives?

-Some of our products do contain a mild preservative to maintain quality and freshness that will be noted in the products detail list. 

Do you use color dye or glitter in your soap?

​-All of our products are naturally colored through the use of clays, herbs, spices, or mica powders.  We do not use dye in any of our products. We use Mica is a naturally occurring skin-safe mineral that resembles glitter but does not contain any glitter. It is safe for all skin types and does not dye the skin.

​Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

-Products formulated for sensitive skin will be specified in the products details list. If you experience any type of breakout or skin reaction after using our products,  please discontinue use immediately. Although made with natural and organic ingredients, it’s still possible that you may be allergic to or your skin is too sensitive to an ingredient.

*We highly recommend doing a patch test on your inner arm before using any of our products*

Is your soap safe for my face?  

-Products formulated for face use will be specified in the products details list. If you experience any type of breakout or skin reaction after using our products, please rinse thoroughly and discontinue use. We will not be held liable for products being used in any manner other than specified. 
 
My scrub or body butter arrived separated. Is it still safe to use? 

-Product contents may shift during transport. Give it a good stir before use and it should be good to go! Our body butters are Shea butter-based. We recommend storing them under 74°.

How should I store my soap? 

-Natural hot processed soap tends to be softer than other soaps due to the shorter cure time and high oil content. Store your soap outside of the tub in a cool dry place such as a wooden soapbox to prolong soap use.
